RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

Check In Time is 4:00 pm CST

This will allow our housekeeping  and maintenance staff to thoroughly inspect all units to assure cleanliness and all maintenance issues are complete prior to your check  in.

 

As in the past, we will be more  than happy to check you in early if your condo is ready before 4:00 p.m. But we cannot guarantee anything before this time.

Age Requirements

The check in age limit is 25 years  of age.  When checking in, someone in the party must be 25 and staying  in the condo for the entire duration of the reservation or the guest will  not be allowed to stay. There are no exceptions  to this rule.

     

     

Parking

Only one (1) parking pass is issued per condo for parking in the main parking lots. Parking for additional vehicles is available on a first come basis in a separate lot. The additional permit is $5.00 per night. Trailers, boats, and motor homes are not allowed to park in either parking lots.  Failure to park accordingly will result in the vehicle being towed at the owners expense.

 

 

Making a Float Reservation

Float Owners may reserve 52 weeks (12 months) in advance via phone at 6am PT on Fridays, or can send in a written request (Fax/Email) on the Wednesday prior no earlier than 12am PT which will be booked by an agent at 6am PT on Friday. Owners may also use the VRI website to book their Float Week at 6am PT on Fridays.

Keep in mind that popular weeks in every season book up fast each year, so please make sure you follow procedures and send in your request on time in order to improve your chances in obtaining the week that you desire.

Home Week Priority:

Float Owners can book 61 weeks (14 months) out if the owner books the week number listed on their deed.

How to make an Exchange

Be sure that you are current in  your maintenance fees for the account in which you would like to  exchange.

If you are a float owner, be sure  you have made your annual reservation before you attempt to deposit.

Be sure your membership dues have  been paid and deposit your week with the exchange company.
