Any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change. NO modifications are allowed for any non-refundable rate reservation.
A valid photo ID and the credit card that was used to secure the reservation must be presented during check-in.
Security deposit is required at time of check-in with a major credit card only.

One car per unit, no boats, trailers, motorcycles, and motor homes allowed on the property. Anyone having a second vehicle that wishes to have an assigned parking space in the overflow lot must pay a $6 daily fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
